The staff with CBT and Columbia Home has been a powerful marketing brain trust. As a small business owner, you need to make each advertising dollar count. Not only have many more new customers been walking in my door but Erica, Angie, and Gillian are always thinking of ways for me to grow my business. Ad design always exceeds my expectations.”

Jermaine has been a pleasure to work with! He is sensitive to the needs of a local small business owner and he is pleasantly personable. He makes purchasing advertising a stress-free experience. He has taken a true interest in the advertising needs of my business and follows through with a genuine attitude. It is reassuring to work with someone who is upbeat and willing to do the footwork and research that is required to go the extra mile. He offers well thought out and creative suggestions for advertising solutions and presents them in a professional manor. In my opinion Jermaine is an ideal salesperson and has represented The Business Times extremely well.
The Mud Room
I have been working with Columbia Business Times for almost two years. We opened a branch office of The Trust Company in July of 2012. In doing so, we worked with a local marketing firm to prepare a media blast for our opening. At that time, I worked with Teresa White who was incredibly proactive in helping us tell Columbia about our company. After Teresa left, I had heard from no one from Columbia Business Times until Jermaine was hired.
From the first time I met Jermaine, he has been positive and professional in his dealings with me. He understands the limits of our marketing budget as a new company and continues to find areas for us to market with him that works within our dollars allotted. He is NOT pushy which is more than important to me. I covet a professional who understands my limitations and is willing to help me as a professional market the best way I can within the restraints I give them.
As my budget grows, my business with Columbia Business Times will grow and that is directly related to Jermaine and his professionalism. We all know how sales work and I so appreciate that even when I cannot currently make a large financial commitment, he is still so willing to help us – that speaks louder than any high-dollar sales pitch to me. I look forward to a continued relationship with him and hope the management of Columbia Business Times looks beyond his sales numbers and gives his actions the value they deserve.
