Tina has kept active and busy with her new business adventure and has been participating in our online virtual workouts as well. As for food, Tina does have her struggles with being so on-the-go; meals can be hard to plan. My goal with Tina is to make sure she is still preparing her dinners and also preparing her snacks. We tend to make poor decisions if we don’t plan out our meals, so as long as Tina continues to plan and prepare, she will continue to do well. Very proud of Tina!
