As a photographer and mom, Tina is often on the move, but she says her biggest challenge is food, including the appeal of emotional eating. “I love carbs, cheese, and convenient meals,” Tina says. In the past, Tina has implemented workouts into her day-to-day activities, but obstacles, like a knee injury, have held her back from her fitness and health goals. Now, with her family and friends in her cheering section, Tina is ready for a lifestyle change that will stick, and she’s hoping that the benefits of this challenge will pour over into her personal and professional life. “I want to run around with my kids and not get winded,” Tina says. “I want to be strong.”
