Drip Coffee and Pour Overs
Serendipity Roasting Company believes that coffee should never be just OK. Their coffee boasts fruity flavors that are delightful due to masterful farming practices, specialized anaerobic fermentation techniques, and a meticulous roasting method. This distinctive blend is carefully brewed for both their drip coffee and their pour-overs, which boast a cupping score, which is used by the Specialty Coffee Association to rate the quality of coffee, of 88 or higher. Coffees that score 80 points or above are considered specialty coffees.
Lattes
The cafe also offers a Brazilian light-to-medium roast that undergoes an all-natural fermentation process, resulting in a remarkably smooth profile with prominent nutty notes. This particular roast is intricately selected for their lattes and espresso beverages; its nuanced flavors shine through in each sip. The sourdough loaves are made fresh each day, and what sets their sourdough apart is that, although it’s not actually gluten-free, the use of higher-end products and the process makes it gluten-friendly, allowing many with gluten intolerance to consume without any issues.
