Pet parents now have a new space to take their furry family members. JCMO Pet Plaza launched this fall, holding an open house in October. The facility includes three businesses built for animal care: Premium Pets, Kitty’s Critter Care, Got Your Six Dog Training.

Premium Pets, which also maintains a location on E. McCarty Street, offers natural pet food, gourmet treats, supplements, toys, and a self-wash station. A new groomer will also soon be added to the mix.

Kitty’s Critter Care serves as a doggy daycare where running and playing are encouraged. It’s great for exercise, socialization, confidence, and burning lots of energy. Care is available weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Puppies and their owners can also benefit from obedience training and behavior modification through Got Your Six Dog Training. The company offers group training classes, as well as one-, two-, or four-week board and train programs. Heading on a trip? The team also provides boarding packages.

Eyemart Express has opened a Jefferson City location. In addition to providing eye exams, the company focuses on making quality eyewear that is affordable, quick, and stylish. Military members, as well as university and school faculty and staff, are eligible to receive special discounts.

Each $59.99 delivery will include tangible or edible items from Goddess Fit, Carver & Jo Creations, and Hello Belle Boutique, as well as hand-selected items from other local businesses.

Ready Popped
Ready Popped has found a new home in Jefferson City. The company, owned by Luke and Kara Ready, serves up and sells gourmet, kettle-cooked popcorn and other treats. Popcorn flavors include cookies and cream, peanut butter, hot dill pickle, and funfetti. Ready Popped also prepares glazed nuts and pork rinds, and groups can use the company for fundraising efforts.

Wash Authority, formed in 2013, has moved to a new Jefferson City location on West McCarty. The company is staffed with a team of professionally trained experts who are committed to efficient and effective exterior cleaning services.
