What is the name of your business? My nickname is “Kitty,” and I care for critters. People often ask me about cat care, but Kitty is just my name.

How do you define success? Success is being able to defy whatever odds are working against you. Keep surprising them with more.

What kind of culture exists in your organization and how did you establish it? We work hard, but laugh a lot. We also constantly combine our knowledge and experience to improve the way we operate. No ideas are better than others.

What are your future goals? In a year’s time, I hope to double the amount of business and keep working to improve. In five years, I want us to be an absolute powerhouse and a household name.

Who are your biggest supporters? The people who’ve stuck with me over the years. It means so much that people enjoy the service we provide, and they tell their friends and family, which has helped us grow substantially.
