Dukes on the Boulevard
creates a culinary canvas
that is perfect for summer.

Flower Power Cocktail: A vibrant concoction that’s as refreshing as it is enchanting, the Flower Power cocktail is crafted with precision. This libation begins with Absolut Mandarin vodka, guava puree, triple sec, lemonade, and fresh-squeezed lime juice. To crown this botanical masterpiece, delicate edible flowers are sprinkled on top to add a whimsical touch to every sip.

Dukes Original Smashburger: Dukes Original Smashburger is crafted with two fresh, never-frozen Angus beef patties, expertly cooked all the way through to create a delectably crispy edge called the skirt. Creamy American cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and tangy pickles are then piled on before this burger is topped with the restaurant’s signature Dukes Sauce — a house-made Russian dressing that tastes similar to the beloved Big Mac Sauce.

NOLA Pasta: Always made to order, the NOLA Pasta features the perfect pairing of andouille sausage and blackened chicken breast, al dente penne noodles, and sautéed peppers and onions, all covered in zesty marinara sauce, garlic cream sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Served with grilled French bread for the ultimate dipping experience, this dish pays homage to the culinary traditions of New Orleans.

The Jam: The Jam burger features two juicy patties nestled below layers of creamy white cheddar cheese, KC Sweet BBQ Sauce, crisp lettuce, and a slice of ripe tomato. But what sets this burger apart is Dukes signature house-made bacon onion compote, a delightful blend of bacon and caramelized onions that is slowly reduced to a jam-like consistency, infusing each bite with a symphony of sweet and savory notes.

Raspberry Fields Cocktail: Representing the spirit of the season, the Raspberry Fields cocktail is curated with Absolut vodka intertwined with sweet, ripe raspberries and the luxurious Chambord liqueur. This cocktail contains freshly squeezed lime juice and fragrant mint leaves and is topped off with soda to create the perfect cocktail for summertime bliss.

Blackened Atlantic Salmon: A seafood delight that is sure to tantalize the taste buds, the Blackened Atlantic Salmon is baked to perfection before it’s drizzled with a honey glaze made with local honey. This dish is topped with house steak butter, which is made with a blend of herbs and spices, and served with a grilled lemon on the side.

Southwest Salad: A vibrant ensemble of fresh ingredients and zesty toppings, Dukes Southwest Salad is made with a mix of romaine lettuce, avocado, pepper jack cheese, black beans, and fresh-cut pico de gallo. To top it all off, strips of juicy blackened chicken breast and crunchy tortillas are added for just a hint of spice. Try this salad with their house-made Southwest ranch dressing.

Jeff’s Bread Pudding: Jeff’s New Orleans-style bread pudding is a decadent dessert crafted with love and tradition. Baked from scratch to perfection, this luscious treat is infused with the rich flavors of bourbon-soaked raisins and bourbon cream sauce, making a velvety-smooth masterpiece that captivates the senses and leaves guests craving more.
