Fatty’s food truck is shaking up the local food scene in Jefferson City with bold, coastal flavors that bring a taste of the south to the heart of Missouri. Known for serving up “a different taste from a different place,” Fatty’s is all about seafood done right. This mobile kitchen has built a loyal following by delivering unexpected dishes with big personalities.

Crab Cakes
Kicking off a meal at Fatty’s food truck means diving into their signature golden crab cakes — each crafted with 4 ounces of real, succulent crab meat. Lightly seasoned and pan-seared to perfection, these cakes boast a crispy exterior and a rich, flavorful center. Each crab cake box also comes with corn and a potato.



Charred Oysters
Another great way to begin a meal at Fatty’s is with their charred oysters, which are smoky, savory, and packed with so much flavor. Each oyster is flame-grilled to bring out its natural brininess, then finished with a touch of Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of Fatty’s original sauce. The result is a bold, mouthwatering appetizer that’s as indulgent as it is unforgettable.



Crab Boils
Fatty’s is best known for its signature crab boils, a true feast that draws seafood lovers from all over Mid-Missouri. Its most popular boxes include the Good Box with one crab cluster, the Great Box with two, and the Greater Box with three. For gatherings and large parties, Fatty’s goes big with the Goat Box (five clusters), the 8 and Up Box (eight clusters), and the colossal Out of This World Box, which boasts 11 crab clusters. Every box comes complete with corn, shrimp, potatoes, boiled egg, and traditional andouille sausage smothered in a unique, lightly spicy butter sauce.



Banana Pudding
To finish off a flavor-packed meal at Fatty’s, there’s no better choice than the house-made banana pudding. This classic dessert is crafted with creamy vanilla pudding, layered with fresh banana slices and crunchy vanilla wafers. The result is a light, nostalgic dessert that perfectly balances sweetness and texture — an ideal ending to a bold and satisfying seafood feast.

A flavorful new addition to Fatty’s menu is the Cajun pasta — a dish that’s quickly becoming a fan favorite.
