Getting in better shape, improving eating habits, and living a healthier lifestyle have been on James’ to-do list for quite some time. After struggling with self-motivation and sticking with a strict diet, he’s ready to work with a personal trainer and develop a fitness plan keeps him accountable. To James, getting fit means having the energy to keep up with his kids and always being ready to start a new adventure with them. It also means not giving a second thought to a challenging activity and being mentally healthy as well as physically healthy. “I want to do this to be a better example to my children, be a better husband to my wife, and provide inspiration to others,” James says.
