The most difficult challenge since starting my CityFit journey has been staying diligent about making good choices when choosing what to eat each day. Meal planning and prep has helped a lot!
Successes since January 1
My biggest win so far is losing 11 pounds since the beginning. And each week I feel better and better, both physically and mentally.
Healthy snack? Nick’s Turkey Sticks.
Exercise move? Chest fly.
Musical artist to listen to while working out? Through Fire (song: “All Animal”).
