When Casey Marsch began working on this model house with Signature Homes, she was inspired to include all her favorite details that make a home fun and functional. Not only is this home spacious, creative, and perfect for entertaining, but it also includes all the little things you never knew you needed.
Next to the open concept entranceway, the kitchen and dining area is beautiful and functional. Hidden away in the cabinets, the kitchen comes stocked with a built-in knife block, pot hanger, and pull-out spice racks on each side of the stove.

Casey crafted a dream pantry. At 120 square feet, this is her favorite room in the house. With enough room to feed an army, a built-in sink, and a temperature controlled wine cooler, you may never have to leave the room.

It’s complete with two spare bedrooms, a full bath, and an office. Not to mention this area is also attached to a basement garage, adding a sizable amount of additional storage space.
The kids bedrooms are perfect for fun and hours of reading. While one bedroom is open enough to fit a full bedroom set and leave plenty of space for running around, the second bedroom features an imaginative book nook with enough storage for even the biggest bookworm.

These unique tile herringbone floor patterns will lead you to a laundry space in the back with a large countertop for folding and hanging cloths. But this isn’t your average laundry room! It also has five individual lockers, each with a bottom shoe drawer and charging stations for electronics. The door can be closed when company comes and all of the clutter, such as the kids’ sports uniforms, will be hidden away.
