Drinks by Shrunken Head Tropic Lounge
Blue: Pacific Drift
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 ounce Blue Curacao
- 1 ounce melon liqueur
- ½ ounce orgeat syrup
- ½ ounce passion fruit syrup
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
Roll once, and top with ginger ale.
Pink: Sour Puss
- 1 ¾ ounces Planck & Anchor white rum
- 2 ounces each limeade, grapefruit and cranberry juice
- ½ ounce orgeat syrup
- ½ ounce Fee Brothers Falernum
- ½ ounce passion fruit syrup
Roll once, and top with ½ ounce Bacardi 151 float.
Yellow: Fukushima Fuzz
- 1 ounce peach schnapps
- 1 ounce melon liqueur
- ½ ounce Fee Brothers Falernum
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
Roll once, fill with Squirt and top with ½ ounce Bacardi 151 float.
Multi-Colored: Uncharted Waters
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 ounce BlueCuracao
- ½ ounce grenadine
- ½ ounce passion fruit syrup
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
Fill with ginger ale. Top with ½ ounce Stroh 80 float. <160 proof butterscotch rum from Austria!
White: The Plank
- 2 ounces Planck & Anchor white rum
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- ½ ounce Fee Brothers Falernum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces limeade
Roll once, and garnish with fresh wedge of pineapple.

Plank & Anchor white rum
Les Bourgeois Vineyards in Rocheport recently partnered with distiller Jonny Ver Planck, owner of Shrunken Head Tropic Lounge in Jefferson City, to launch Planck & Anchor Distillers. The Rocheport line of rum includes white, gold, coconut and aged spiced rum and will eventually include vodka and gin as well. The flagship spirits may be purchased at Moser’s Foods in Jefferson City, Holts Summit, Ashland and Columbia.
