In January 2019, Stephana Landwehr told stories of a local German farm family in the early 1900s. But how did they live in the 1930s and ’40s? What were their contributions to the community? Come learn about the lives of Josephine, Harry, Ben, Fred, Louis, Clara, Minnie, Frank, and Carl. How did their German heritage impact their adulthood? Landwehr returns to share pictures, stories, and memories.

The Missouri State Museum’s “Landing After Hours” program is held the first Wednesday of each month at the Jefferson Landing State Historic Site, 100 Jefferson St. Doors to the Lohman Building will open at 6 p.m. The program will start at 7 p.m. Convenient parking is available in the lot next to the Lohman Building.
