To lose weight in order to live a more healthy lifestyle while increasing motivation and energy so that I can improve quality of life and reach even bigger goals.

Being able to put my shoes on in the morning without grunting.
WHAT DO YOU FORESEE BEING YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?
Eating a healthy, balanced diet.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR HISTORY IN TRYING TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL?
In the past, I would try to eat healthy and work out at a gym four to five days a week. My businesses are very time-sensitive, so exercise can be less of a priority.
HOW DOES ACHIEVING THIS GOAL CHANGE YOUR LIFE?
I believe that if your body is healthy, everything else falls into place. In the past, if I was feeling defeated, depressed, stressed, or unmotivated, I would work out. Health always seemed to motivate me to become a better person in all aspects of life. Sometimes working out is a lot like meditation — just you and your thoughts. The stronger your body becomes, the stronger your mind becomes.

Work hard, be a good person, take chances, don’t be judgmental, and do things that scare you — like CITY Fit!

My girlfriend says I’m hot so, she’s not much help with my motivation to lose weight, but she’s also my biggest fan!
WHAT DOES GETTING FIT MEAN TO YOU?
Being able to fit in new clothes that I bought three years ago.
WHEN YOU REACH YOUR OVERALL GOAL WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO REWARD YOURSELF?
Being healthy will be the biggest reward. I would like to keep that lifestyle going and maybe inspire someone else to become healthy.
