The C&S Employment Solution staff is family in many ways —sisters, mothers, nieces, daughters, neighbors, and friends. That close connection is one of the reasons C&S is committed to the central Missouri community and the businesses, employees, and job seekers we have the privilege to serve. Commitment to the community and family is the driving force behind the recent rebranding of C&S Business Services to C&S Employment Solutions. C&S is dedicated to serving the needs of our applicants, employees, and our client businesses while remaining current, focused, and evolving with changes in the workforce. The goals of refreshing our brand to C&S Employment Solutions was to define our mission of connecting employees with employers more clearly.
Since 1977, C&S Employment Solutions has been a full-service provider of quality employment solutions for central Missouri. C&S was the first company to introduce and develop the staffing industry in the mid-Missouri area.
“We’ve experienced many swings in the employment market over our 45 plus years in business, and we use that experience, and knowledge, in addition to new innovations, keeping up with the changes in the staffing industry, and remain successful in placing applicants in jobs matching their skills and needs.” says C&S President Paula Benne.

But one important thing hasn’t changed. C&S Employment Solutions partners with a wide variety of employers, placing employees in jobs that meet the needs both employees and employers. With over 200 combined years of experience, the C&S staff is qualified and ready to serve. Staffing services at C&S include full-time, part-time, remote, temporary, direct hire, temp-to-hire, hybrid, and flexible scheduling employment across a wide variety of business sectors.
Working with family is just one perk for C&S President Paula Benne, who has been with the company since 1989. Her sister Carrie (a staffing specialist at C&S) has been with the company for 28 years and her daughter Nicole (a C&S payroll clerk) worked part-time at C&S while she attended college before joining the company full-time. Her sister Penny also worked at C&S for a number of years in various capacities and now steps in to help whenever needed.

Paula feels the best part of working with family can also be the least favorite part of working with family.
“They are going to be honest on what they think works and doesn’t work. Sometimes they can be brutally honest. We are proud to have placed generations of employees in jobs and careers throughout our 45 plus years in business and we are excited about our rebranding and the opportunities this will bring for C&S Employment Solutions to support a better, stronger workforce and community.”
