Peel-N-Eat Shrimp
A full pound of boiled shrimp, this dish is enough to enjoy as a starter or as a light meal. Although the shrimp are already sprinkled with a little Cajun seasoning, they are truly elevated when dipped in Canterbury Hill’s house-made red pepper jelly or garlic butter sauce.

Portabella Fries
A guest favorite to share at the table or at the bar, the Portabella Fries feature hand-cut, breaded portabella mushrooms fried to a golden crisp, which are then finished with shaved Parmesan and served with a side of ranch.

Caramel Apple Martini
Among Canterbury Hill’s dessert martinis, the
Caramel Apple Martini stands as a popular
cocktail, offering a flavor profile reminiscent
of the classic fairground caramel apple.

Western Style Burger
Canterbury Hill’s Western Style Burger showcases a hand-crafted patty seasoned with Cajun spices, topped with American cheese and a crunchy onion ring, and drizzled in barbecue sauce. Guests may pair it with a preferred side, such as classic French fries.

Mixed Dragon
Two frozen wine cocktails — Red Dragon and Blue Dragon — are also available daily. The staff recommends blending both for the Mixed Dragon, with the option to add a shot of house-infused pineapple vodka for extra flair.

New Orleans Pasta
For pasta enthusiasts, the New Orleans Pasta promises swift devotion. Made with trottole pasta, the noodles are blended with chicken, smoked sausage, peppers, and onions; and then they are enveloped in a house-made Cajun Alfredo cream sauce.

Wine Choices

Canterbury Hill’s house wines include nine distinctive varieties, ranging from sweet to dry. Guests may explore Blue Mist (sweet white), King’s Choice (sweet white), Ma’Lady Pink (sweet rosé), Royal Ruby (sweet red), White Reign (semi-dry white), Red Towers (semi-dry red), Medieval Mist (dry white), Excalibur (dry red), and Noble Knight (dry red).

Country Style Catfish
Canterbury Hill’s catfish is offered either blackened or country style. This dish features delicately seasoned cornmeal breading that produces a dish both light and crisp. Broccoli or another favorite side completes the plate.

Bourbon Butter Cake
This soft Bourbon Butter Cake is elevated with a house-made bourbon sugar glaze and a topping of crunchy bacon.

Creme Brûlée Donut
A playful interpretation of a French classic, the Crème Brûlée Donut is filled with crème brûlée pastry cream and topped with caramelized sugar, bacon pieces, and a caramel drizzle.
