How did you work with your trainer over the stay-at-home order? Throughout the stay-at-home order, CrossFit UnStoppable (CFU) offered multiple classes on a daily basis via Zoom, with a coach or trainer conducting each class. Also, each CFU Coach was assigned a group of members to check in with during quarantine.

Did your workouts change at all? Programming for workouts was consistently done by the CFU trainers. Some classes used bodyweight movements, some used equipment. Workouts were at the same intensity and created a sweat just the same as if we were at the box.

Did you use items around the house, or were you able to borrow equipment? Both. Debbie was gracious enough to loan equipment to members during the stay-at-home order. I was able to stay active and engaged using borrowed equipment and things I already had.

How often did you join virtual workouts? 5-6 days a week.

Did your trainer give you any suggestions on how to keep from snacking at home? Amidst the gloom and doom of all things related to COVID, nutrition is one thing I could (and still can) control.  I constantly remind myself to take one day at a time. Coach frequently reminded us of those things. CFU offered a Nutrition Challenge during the stay-at-home order. Checking in with Coach was reassuring and helped keep me accountable.
