Occupation: Event Manager and assistant Vice President of Operations

Biggest challenge is continuing to work on good nutrition on a daily basis.
Successes since January 1
- I’ve been prepping food on weekly basis so good meals are on-hand and ready to go.
- I’m being consistent with exercise. I’m very focused — no excuses!
- I’ve been getting enough sleep.
Fitness app? HSN, My Fitness Pal, Fitbit.
Healthy snack? Greek yogurt parfait, almonds, pistachios, roasted chickpeas, veggie sticks and hummus.
Exercise move? I like it all. Everything is challenging in different ways. Deadlifts and anything with a kettlebell are fun. Burpees are not my favorite, but I do them because they make you better!
