I want to be better.

Cheryl says she wants to be better for herself, her husband, and her kids. Turning 50 in 2019  was her big red flag that it was time to take action if she didn’t want future years riddled with health issues. This isn’t Cheryl’s first fitness journey, but it includes two major elements that were missing in the past: nutritional knowledge and a core support group. “In the past, time goes by, something would happen, or I would reach a comfort zone, get relaxed with things, and then fall back to old habits,” Cheryl says. Now, she’s ready to apply functional fitness on a daily basis and know that she is doing her part in working toward good health for years to come. “Ultimately, God is in control, but there are things I can do myself to be in a better place,” she says.
