Central Bank: The Faces
of Help in a Housing Crisis

Central Bank has been giving back to the community for more than 120 years. In 2023, our employees volunteered more than 4,409 hours. In 2024, our mortgage team professionals are partnering with Transformational Housing, a local not-for-profit dedicated to rebuilding existing properties to provide affordable housing for families in need.

Leighanne Lamb has 18 years in the industry. Every time she works with a family or individual, the project is special because every dream is special. She is particularly drawn to children’s needs, which is why Transformational Housing’s focus on families with kids is close to her heart.

Heather Hagner loves a challenge and has been helping people achieve their goals for decades. Her favorite story is about a veteran in his 60s who had never owned a home and didn’t know if it was possible. But, with hard work and determination, they made it happen. She finds hope in helping people and guiding them to a better place.

Eric Hubble is Central Bank’s United Way Campaign co-chair for 2024. He is the reliable constant guide who assists with every detail and fundraiser to bring success for the bank’s United Way goals. He approaches giving back with small steps for a big benefit.

Meegan Kirkweg genuinely enjoys any time she can include her children in volunteering because learning people’s stories is the basis for willingly putting others first. Trust is at the core of those relationships, and she is grateful others know she can be trusted to treat them like family.

Kolby O’Dowd was raised in the real estate industry and knows the excitement of a first home is memorable. But he is most passionate about getting people’s questions answered. He knows that knowledge helps people make decisions to transform their lives, which encourages him to never give up on finding answers or helping people.

With a structural engineering degree, Darla Stegeman began her career drawing plans for all types of construction, including homes. But with a passion for people, especially veterans, it didn’t take her long to discover she wanted to help people with the foundation for their future.
