Crystal Tellman

Hawthorn Bank announced that Crystal Tellman has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial loan officer. Tellman has worked for Hawthorn Bank for 12 years. She worked as a credit analyst in the loan department the past seven years, and she has most recently held the position of AVP, senior credit analyst within the commercial lending department. Tellman is a past president of the Downtown Jefferson City Missouri Association and has recently been selected to serve on the United Way’s Governing Body.

Natalie Newville

Missouri River Regional Library staff member Natalie Newville has been inducted into the Capital Region Medical Center Board of Governors for a four year term, which began in December 2018. Newville was a member of Leadership Jefferson City through the Chamber of Commerce in 2018 and facilitates the chamber’s monthly social media forum with her husband, Kenney. She is also a member of Jefferson City Rotary West.

Cheryl Kendrick

Central Bank awarded Senior Vice President of Central Technology Services Cheryl Kendrick the 2018 Chairman’s Award, Central Bank’s highest commendation. The Chairman’s Award is given annually to an individual who embodies all that is best about Central Bank. The recipient exhibits the highest ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to the welfare and growth of the communities Central Bank serves.

Ashley Thomas

Capital Region Medical Center would like to congratulate Ashley Thomas, quality/risk analyst, for attaining the prestigious Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality credential. Thomas recently passed a fully accredited, international examination that assesses knowledge and understanding of the process to achieve regulatory compliance and accreditation and licensure, program development, and management along a continuum of care and quality improvement concepts as well as departmental management skills. Thomas joins the ranks of more than 10,000 colleagues both internationally and within the United States who have achieved this important career milestone. 

Sus Lipasek

Capital Region Physicians is pleased to welcome Susan Lipasek to Capital Region Physicians — California and Edgewood Urgent Care as well as Jennifer Adelman to Capital Region Physicians — Primary Care. Lipasek previously served as a progressive care unit registered nurse supervisor at Capital Region Medical Center.

Arielle Davis

Arielle Davis, a registered nurse at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital, was awarded the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurse. The award is part of the DAISY Foundation’s program to recognize the superhuman efforts nurses perform every day. It was Davis’s exceptional level of caring and compassion that led to her nomination. Nurses may be nominated by patients, families, and colleagues, and DAISY Award recipients are chosen by a committee at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital. Awards are given throughout the year at presentations in front of the nurse’s colleagues, physicians, patients, and visitors.
