1 log of goat cheese
1 personal watermelon
Smoked salt (recommended, Salt Sisters Durango Hickory Smoked Sea Salt)


1. Peel the cucumber. Create stripes by skipping thin sections (optional). 2. Slice the cucumber into approximately ¼-inch thick slices and lay flat on a plate. 3. Layer a slice of goat cheese. 4. Cut and layer a cube of watermelon. 5. Sprinkle with smoked salt and enjoy!
