Ingredients:
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 cup cashews
- ¾ cup pecans
- ¾ cup almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup dried pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, avocado oil, salt, and paprika until well mixed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pistachios, cashews, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and dried pomegranate seeds.
- Coat the nuts by pouring the maple syrup mixture over the nut blend. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Spread the nut mixture in a single layer for even roasting. Air fry at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once the mix is roasted, transfer the nuts to a plate to cool completely. Break up clusters if desired.
