Ingredients:

  • 8 celery ribs, cut in thirds
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 apple, sliced 
  • 1 orange, sliced 
  • 1 kiwi, sliced 
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup grapes
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 2 radishes, sliced into matchsticks
  • 48 candy eyeballs

Instructions:

Snails 

  1. Fill celery stalks with peanut butter or cream cheese.
  2. Top the stalks with an apple, orange, kiwi, or cucumber for the critter’s shell; and use cherry tomatoes,  peanuts, or grapes for their heads.
  3. Use peanut butter or cream cheese to glue on the candy eyeballs.

Caterpillars

  1. Fill celery stalks with peanut butter or cream cheese.
  2. Top the stalks with grapes, blueberries, or cherry tomatoes for the bodies and heads.
  3. Use peanut butter or cream cheese to glue on the candy eyeballs. 
  4. Insert the celery or radish matchsticks into the heads to make antennas.
