It is the hallmark of all successful companies, and the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City is no different. From the top down, the Boys & Girls Club board, staff, and volunteers serve as role models and mentors to the children attending the Club.

The organization is led by a 24-member Board of Directors including:

Vice President Dan Westhues
Treasurer Tom Sadowski
Members at Large –
Chuck Walker
Gregg Bexten
Hallie Gibbs
Devin Fischer
Ernest Wilson
Andy Stuckenschneider
Officer Hervin Robinson

The organization also employs over 50 full- and part-time staff who directly serve over 700 children a year including Wade Middaugh, director of administration. These dynamic individuals serve as role models and examples of leadership for boys attending the Boys & Girls Club’s impactful program, Passport to Manhood. This program teaches boys how to grow up to become productive and responsible adults. Passport to Manhood is a critical program, especially for boys who lack a positive male role model at home.
