Being able to stay motivated with the constantly cloudy, snowy weather and post-holiday blues.
Successes since January 1
- I ran a mile without stopping for the first time in forever.
- I jumped onto a 38-inch box for the first time ever, and did it again, nine more times.
- I can wear jeans with a waist size that starts with a three instead of a four.
Fitness app? SugarWOD. It helps me stay connected to my CrossFit Unstoppable family.
Exercise move? Any barbell lift, deadlifts, cleans, or snatches. My goal is to deadlift twice my bodyweight someday. It’s a weight loss/strength gain combo challenge!
