One slice bread of choice (English muffin, toast…we used gluten free honey bread made in-house)
¼ pound protein (we used pulled pork)
½ sliced avocado
½ sliced tomato
1 poached or over-easy egg


Toast bread and top with sliced tomato and avocado. Pile on warm protein of choice and top with a poached or over-easy fried egg. Cut into the egg and let the yolk drip over the sandwich.
